Do I need to know how to code or learn a tool?
No. The automations are ready-made: you pick one from the catalog and we connect it to your tools. Building, maintenance and improvements are on us — you just follow the results in the dashboard.
How long until my automation is live?
Catalog automations go live within a few business days, once connected to your tools and tested with your data.
What counts as "one automation"?
One complete end-to-end flow — for example, "lead in the form → classified by AI → into the CRM with an alert". Each plan includes a number of automations active at the same time.
What if I need to change something after it is running?
Every plan includes monthly changes. You request the change through the support panel and we adjust it — no surprise charges.
Is my data safe? What about privacy laws?
Your data only moves between your tools and our infrastructure, under contract and in compliance with LGPD. Nothing is sold or used to train third-party AI, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is monthly, with no lock-in or penalty. If you cancel, automations stop at the end of the paid cycle and your data stays available for export.
